Renowned for its signature sandwiches and skillets, Markette adds a festive twist to its offerings, presenting comforting dishes ideal for breaking the fast. Available from March 1 to March 31, 2025, the menu features two exclusive dishes and a thoughtfully curated set menu for groups.

Markette provides a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere where friends, family, and colleagues can come together. Understanding the essence of this special season, the restaurant introduces a menu that resonates with the Indonesian palate—flavorful, heartwarming, and deeply satisfying.

The Traditional Lamb Tongseng takes diners on a nostalgic journey with tender lamb shank slow-cooked in an aromatic gulai sauce, delivering a rich and velvety taste reminiscent of home-cooked comfort. Paired with steamed rice, this dish embodies the warmth of gathering over a meal after a day of fasting. In contrast, the Crispy Duck Madura Fried Rice offers a bold and fragrant experience, combining aromatic Madura-style fried rice with perfectly crispy fried duck and a spicy sambal korek, making it a must-try for those seeking a modern twist on traditional flavors.

 

 

The inspiration behind the menu is significant; the Lamb Tongseng draws from traditional Javanese flavors, where slow-cooked meats and rich, spiced broths are staples in celebratory meals. Meanwhile, the Madura-style Fried Rice pays homage to the island’s bold culinary heritage, reimagined with a crispy duck twist. Each dish is crafted to deliver an experience that feels both familiar and exciting, making it a unique addition to this season of blessings.

Markette’s Ramadan Set Menu offers a convenient way to dine with loved ones, featuring options designed for groups of two to ten. Guests can select from a variety of dishes, ensuring a well-rounded meal that caters to different tastes while celebrating the spirit of togetherness.

  • Set A for two people (Rp 379,000++) includes a Fried Platter, Traditional Lamb Tongseng, and Crispy Duck Madura Fried Rice, complemented by refreshing iced tea.
  • Set B for six people (Rp 949,000++) expands the selection with two Fried Platters, Traditional Lamb Tongseng, Crispy Duck Madura Fried Rice, Traditional Fried Rice, and Markette’s Roasted Chicken, served with two pitchers of tea.
  • Set C for ten people (Rp 1,799,000++) features three Fried Platters and a diverse selection of mains, including Traditional Lamb Tongseng, Crispy Duck Madura Fried Rice, Traditional Fried Rice, Markette’s Roasted Chicken, Birria Sandwich, and Green Chili Oxtail Fried Rice, accompanied by three pitchers of tea.
