From January 28-29, 2025, the restaurant will embrace the Year of the Wood Snake through “The Tales of the Snake” promotion, offering specially crafted set menus and à la carte dishes that highlight the richness of Chinese cuisine.
Under the expertise of Chef Alex Kuan, the celebration begins with a premium salmon Yee Shang with smoked duck in crunchy golden rice, symbolizing prosperity and togetherness. Other highlights include Braised Fish Lip with assorted seafood in a deep-sea fish bone soup, Wok-fried Tiger Prawns with Butter Golden Sand, and Deep-fried Snapper Fillet with Assam Curry Sauce. The centerpiece dish, Braised 8 Treasure Roasted Chicken with Leek in Cantonese Style, promises a blend of traditional flavors, while spice lovers can enjoy Wok-fried Beef Fillet with Szechuan Malak Sauce. Rounding off the feast are comforting staples like Wok-fried Glutinous Rice in a clay pot and desserts such as Sweet Potato “Nian Gao” dusted with snow icing sugar.
In addition to the culinary offerings, the festivities include cultural performances like a Lion Dance, Barong Sai, Guzheng music, and a Bian Lian magician, complemented by a dazzling firecracker display.
