InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar has launched Dago Street Kitchen, a new weekly dining programme that brings the flavours of Bandung’s street food culture into an all-you-can-eat setting at Damai Restaurant.
Held every Friday evening, the culinary experience recreates the atmosphere of a traditional local market, offering a wide selection of Indonesian street food and regional specialties prepared with the comfort and service of a hotel restaurant.
Durian, The King of Fruit
One of the main highlights of Dago Street Kitchen is its selection of durian-based desserts, catering to the growing popularity of the fruit among local diners. Guests can enjoy creations such as Durian Sticky Rice with Coconut Milk Sauce, Durian Mochi, and fresh durian, alongside a variety of other sweet offerings.
The menu also features an assortment of Indonesian comfort food and street snacks, including Bakso Cuanki, assorted satay, and Asinan Bogor. For dessert, guests can choose from creations such as Es Doger Panna Cotta and traditional Wedang Ronde, offering both contemporary and classic interpretations of local favourites.
Celebrating Bandung’s Street Food Culture
Designed to capture the vibrant character of Bandung’s culinary scene, Dago Street Kitchen combines familiar local flavours with a more relaxed buffet-style dining experience. The programme aims to offer guests an opportunity to explore a wide range of Indonesian dishes in a single visit, from savoury street food to traditional desserts.
Dago Street Kitchen is available every Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Damai Restaurant, priced at IDR 299,000++ per person.
