The star of the buffet is undoubtedly the OP Ribs, boneless ribs that have been pre-cooked in the oven. After the oven process, the ribs are grilled live in front of the guests. The tantalizing aroma of smoke wafting from the meat and the interactive cooking experience further enhance the memorable culinary journey for guests. To add to the flavor, guests can choose from various available sauces, including mushroom, black pepper, and barbecue sauce.
The OP RIBS Buffet Dinner is held every Saturday from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The price for adults is Rp 348,000++ per person and Rp 174,000++ per child.
