Representing both Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region, Kadek’s impressive performance was further recognized with a special prize for his exceptional skills in waste and water management, energy efficiency, and technical precision. His preparation was guided by two distinguished mentors: Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Cuisine (1996) awardee, and Chef Ho Weng Kit, a celebrated chef with over 30 international accolades.
