KEA Indonesia has expanded its food and beverage offerings with a selection of new menu items available across its Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, and Bistro starting this July. The latest additions include Indonesian-inspired dishes, children’s meals, desserts, and bagels, complementing the Baked Salmon and Beef Wallenbergare introduced last month.

The new menu reflects IKEA’s continued effort to enhance the overall in-store experience, recognising that dining has become an integral part of many customers’ visits, whether they are shopping, seeking home inspiration, or taking a break with family and friends.

“When developing new menu items, we don’t just think about what we want to serve, but also how customers spend their time at IKEA,” said Ariane Vinsontia, Commercial Food Manager of IKEA Indonesia. “Some visit to enjoy a meal with family, others take a break while exploring the showroom, while many return specifically to try our latest dishes. We want our menu to continue evolving while maintaining the customer favourites that people have come to enjoy.”

Among the highlights at the Swedish Restaurant is the new Ayam Bakar Padang, served with steamed rice and gulai sauce for IDR 54,900. The Indonesian-inspired dish joins the restaurant’s growing lineup of main courses alongside the recently launched Baked Salmon and Beef Wallenbergare.

The restaurant has also introduced several additional dishes catering to different dining occasions. Families can opt for the Chicken Strips with Fries Kids Meal, served with broccoli and honey mustard sauce for IDR 29,900, while the Chicken Salad, priced the same, offers a lighter alternative. Other new additions include Chicken Gourmet Sausage, along with two desserts—Es Teler Cake and Chocolate Dome Cake.

Meanwhile, the Swedish Café has expanded its bakery selection with four new bagel varieties: Double Chocolate, Walnut Cranberry, Lingonberry, and Cheese Truffle, each priced at IDR 18,900. Available in both sweet and savoury flavours, the bagels are designed to pair with coffee, whether before browsing the store or during a mid-shopping break.

The café has also introduced a Chicken Shawarma Sandwich served on sourdough bread and an Almond Biscoff Brownie, while the Bistro continues to offer quick bites such as the Fish Bun alongside IKEA’s signature ice cream.

With the latest additions spanning mains, snacks, desserts, and beverages, IKEA Indonesia continues to expand its dining options as part of the overall customer experience, offering more choices for shoppers visiting its stores across the country.
