From February 21 to May 11, 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore presents a Weekend Afternoon Tea and Pop-Up Bar experience inspired by HBO’s The White Lotus Season 3. These limited-time offerings bring a culinary interpretation of the series, showcasing flavors from its diverse filming locations.

The White Lotus Bar: Cocktails Inspired by the Series

Available Daily, 11:00 am to 12:00 midnight
The White Lotus Bar pop-up features a cocktail menu influenced by all three seasons of The White Lotus. Three signature drinks represent the distinct settings of each season:

  • Pineapple Suite: A tropical cocktail inspired by the vibrant flavors of Maui, the setting for Season 1.
  • The Lotus: A refined drink reflecting the romantic atmosphere of Taormina, Italy, from Season 2.
  • Coconut Paradise: A tribute to Koh Samui, blending coconut sweetness with Thai pandan.

Additionally, Beverage Manager Gabriel Carlos and Head Bartender Sophia Kang have created the Kayatini, a Singapore-inspired twist on the classic Espresso Martini. This cocktail combines cognac with espresso liqueur and is topped with kaya-infused foam, highlighting flavors of sweet mandarin, nutmeg, and cinnamon to pay homage to Singapore’s traditional kopi and kaya toast breakfast.

The White Lotus Afternoon Tea: A Thai-Inspired Culinary Experience

Available on Saturdays and Sundays
First seating: 12:30 to 2:30 pm | Second seating: 3:00 to 5:00 pm

Taking inspiration from the landscapes of Koh Samui, the Weekend Afternoon Tea menu at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore follows the culinary direction set by Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok Executive Chef Andrea Accordi and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini. The menu highlights Thai flavors with dishes such as Thai Lobster Salad with Makrut Lime and Caviar and Tom Kha with Lemongrass and Coriander Essence. The dessert selection includes a Corn Tartlet with Whipped Corn Vanilla Ganache and Caramelized Popcorn and Thai Tea-Infused Madeleines, crafted to resemble the shape of a lotus flower.

The afternoon tea is presented on a custom-designed lotus garden stand, enhancing the dining experience with visual elements that reflect the show’s aesthetic.

Peter Draminsky, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, noted, “Drawing inspiration from the breathtaking beauty and vibrant cultures of the series’ filming locations, we have designed these experiences to highlight the rich culinary heritage and natural appeal of these destinations.”

Guests can immerse themselves in the world of The White Lotus through this exclusive food and beverage experience, available for a limited time at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
