Iftar Dining at Bel Étage
Combining timeless glamour with a vanguard spirit, St. Regis Jakarta has curated an appetizing feast at Bel Étage for guests to enjoy a delightful Ramadan iftar experience. Starting from IDR 728,000++ per person, Bel Étage offers a culinary journey of flavors in their Ramadan menu, ranging from delicious familiar ta’jil bites to a variety of local Indonesian, Western, and Middle Eastern delicacies. The Iftar menu consists of local cuisines such as Tongseng Tengkleng, Tender Short Ribs Rendang, Lawar (a Balinese specialty made with vegetable coconut and Bumbu Bali), Soto Betawi served with slow simmered beef-coconut broth, tripe, and emping crackers, as well as the famous Bel Étage homemade sambal.
Enriching the iftar dining options, Bel Étage serves a variety of Arabic-inspired dishes, from Whole Lamb Ouzi (served with oriental rice, dried fruits, and cashew nuts), Rice Chicken Biryani with mirchi ka salan and raita, Moroccan Tagine, to Chicken Shish Tawook. Continuing the night, guests are then invited to enjoy Arabian Nights at The Cove, where they can enjoy a delightful time with Shisha and free-flow Arabic coffee and tea, accompanied by slow Arabian music.
From 6th to 16th April 2023, The St. Regis Jakarta will collaborate with one of the respected Bali-based restaurants, Nusantara by Locavore, in featuring an array of Nusantara delicacies such as Bebek Tanah, Sate Plecing, Cakalang Asap and Kalio Sapi made with beef leg braised for hours.
Special Ramadan Hampers
The St. Regis Jakarta has also collaborated with the legendary Batik designer, Iwan Tirta, in presenting the exclusively designed hampers adorned with Batik shawl, which include The St. Regis Jakarta’s signature Ramadan cookies as the perfect gifts to share with loved ones. Inspired by the exclusive cushion collection designed for the hotel, the Batik pattern of Kembang Anyar symbolizes the beauty of life and is commonly found in European, Japanese, and Chinese-influenced Batik, developed on the North Coast of Java. The Ramadan hampers are available starting from IDR1,850,000++.
