Jakarta’s gourmands can look forward to indulging in a selection of distinctive dishes, including entrees, mains, and desserts, that showcase the culinary diversity of Bali, from charred slow-braised pork ribs to grilled marinated duck and Balinese rice cakes, all perfectly complemented by The Warung’s signature assorted Balinese sambals.

He credits the passion he brings to his profession to cooking at home with his mother as a young boy, learning how to prepare authentic Balinese food for family and friends. Today, his greatest joy is bringing the heart and soul of Balinese food to the plate to create special dining moments.
