This December, Bacha Coffee Room at Plaza Senayan brings together warm drinks and seasonal dishes in a calm, elegant setting. From 1 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, the coffee house offers a festive menu that pairs its signature Arabica coffees with carefully prepared food.
The main dish is Capon Chicken Supreme — chicken filled with minced meat, sautéed chestnuts, and porcini mushrooms, wrapped in Savoy cabbage. It’s served with cranberry chicken jus, chestnut purée, glazed baby carrots with bright berries coffee, haricot verts, and a crisp beetroot garnish. The dish is rich but balanced, with a mix of earthy, sweet, and savoury notes.
For dessert, the Chestnut with Blackcurrant and Coconut Entremet combines chestnut cream and paste with raspberry and blackcurrant purée. It sits on a coconut dacquoise base and is covered in coconut mousse with a blackcurrant glaze. The textures are soft and smooth, with a gentle contrast between tart fruit and creamy layers.
Alongside the menu, Bacha Coffee introduces Holiday Morning Coffee — a seasonal blend made from 100% Arabica beans. It comes in 25 single-serve drip bags, each with smooth notes of milk chocolate and caramel, designed to be enjoyed daily throughout December. Presented in festive red and gold sachets which preserve the full aroma and flavour, making each cup feel like a small morning ritual.
To complement the launch, the Holiday Morning Hamper brings together a collection of items for a quiet coffee moment at home. The set includes the Holiday Morning Coffee Bag Gift Box, Winter Party Coffee, a scented candle, a drip filter, and a heritage mug with lid. It also features a Tahiti vanilla bean grinder, biscuits, soft caramels with salted butter, and raw coffee sugar crystal. It’s a collection made for slow mornings, whether shared or savored alone.
