For this year’s Cinco de Mayo, MDA Restaurants invites guests for a celebration of flavors at Carbón Jakarta and Agave & Azul Bali from the first until the 8th of May.

At Carbón Jakarta, the kitchen offers bursts of flavors in à la carte form, highlighting dishes like Shrimp Enchiladas layered with Oaxaca quesillo and ají verde and Chile Relleno con Queso, a native dish from Puebla, served with chorizo and a special chipotle ranch.

Meanwhile at Agave & Azul Bali, the celebration is highlighted with the “Cuatro Amigos” selection through fan favorites. Think Al Pastor, Chorizo, Carne Asada, and Baja Fish tacos. The experience is paired with Mezcal & Dulce de Leche ice cream from Vice and Ice, alongside a choice of Kulturale L.L stout or Amarillo beer.
