The celebration begins with “Harmony of Flavours: A Serpent’s Year Feast,” featuring a Chinese buffet with dishes like roasted duck, char siu pork, braised pork ribs, and dim sum. The festivities continue with “Harmony of Flavours: A Prosperous Year of the Serpent,” which begins with a traditional Lion Dance during breakfast. This is followed by a lavish Seafood Feast dinner at the Segaran Dining Terrace, featuring a curated menu of fresh seafood, starters, and desserts. The next day, they offer “Harmony of Flavours: An Ode It’systers” at Segaran. This elevated dining experience showcases premium Canadian oysters prepared in five distinctive ways: Natural Canadian Oysters, Natural Asian Canadian Oysters, Steamed Canadian Oysters, Fried Canadian Oysters, and Canadian Oyster Gratin.
For those looking to relax, Talise Spa features “The Scent of Spring Harmony,” a signature oil blend of jasmine, mandarin, and ginger specifically designed to rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. Families are warmly invited to join in the celebrations, with various engaging activities available at the Peafowl Pavilion Kids Club. Additionally, upon arrival in the villa, guests will receive a Lucky Prosperity Envelope, a fortune cookie, or a hong bao.
