Chef Louis Han is taking over the kitchen for two nights, on February 14 and 15, 2025, bringing a fresh take on Korean cuisine. You’ll get to savor unique takes on classic Korean dishes, like Yukhwae Jeon, which is a crispy potato pancake served with Korean-style beef tartare, pickled onions, and egg yolk jam. There’s also a veggie-friendly twist on Korean Fried Cauliflower, a crispy delight drizzled with a sweet and spicy yangnyeom sauce. Plus, Mulhwae gets a makeover as a refreshing salad with seasonal sashimi instead of the traditional cold soup.
For the meat lovers, there’s a hearty Sang platter filled with grilled meats and seafood, featuring premium Iberico cuts, Wagyu striploin, and fresh fish and prawns, all paired with tasty roasted veggies sourced from Bali. It’s all seasoned with GU:UM’s signature spices, combining Korean flavors with Bali’s fresh ingredients, served alongside Nasi Bali Herb Al.
