Week 1: Sober Company, Shanghai (Wednesday, August 14th)
Carrots kicks off its anniversary celebration with a collaboration with Shanghai’s iconic Sober Company. Renowned for its innovative cocktails and consistent presence on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, Sober Company is bringing its magic to Jakarta. Bar maestro Kazuhisa Arai will be behind the bar, crafting his signature Japanese fusion cocktails for one night only.
Week 2: Le Chamber, Seoul (Saturday, August 24th)
The second week of celebrations brings Seoul’s Le Chamber to Carrots. Known for their Roaring Twenties-inspired ambiance and groundbreaking use of Korean ingredients, Le Chamber is a mainstay on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list. Owner bartender JJ Lim and senior bartender Mr. Lee will be showcasing their signature cocktails, promising a night of elegance and innovation.
Week 3: Reka, Kuala Lumpur (Wednesday, August 28th)
Carrots concludes its anniversary month with a collaboration with Kuala Lumpur’s Reka. As a post-modern flavor lab, Reka is renowned for its boundary-pushing cocktails inspired by Malaysian flavors. Bar Manager Joel Poon and Senior Bartender Ram Prassad will be taking over the Carrots bar, offering a unique culinary journey through Malaysia.
