From the soft Saint-Marcellin of Isère, to a creamy Délice de Bourgogne (topped with crushed pistachio and dried berries) from Burgundy France, to a nutty Morbier from the Franche-Comté region, savour the range of tastes and textures of French fine cheeses, paired best with a glass of wine.
Like a traditional High Tea, the High Cheese menu also presents an exquisite blend of sweet and savory taste profiles through a delectable selection of pastries, including Creamy goat cheese tart and house-made pear chutney, Gorgonzola apple crumble, Parmesan cheese and blueberry tart, and Vanilla cranberry ricotta cake, perfect with a cup of tea or aromatic coffee.
