Bel Étage at The St. Regis Jakarta has introduced a new edition of its Weekend Brunch, expanding its culinary selection with interactive cooking stations, tableside service, and new dishes alongside some of the restaurant’s established favorites.
Led by Chef Styven, Chef de Cuisine of Bel Étage, the refreshed brunch brings together international dishes and Indonesian specialties, with a greater focus on freshly prepared food and interactive dining experiences.
Indonesian, Italian, Western, and Chinese Selections
The Indonesian section now includes traditional carts serving freshly prepared siomay, chicken satay, and sate maranggi, while the Italian selection has been expanded with artisanal pizzas, ready-to-eat pasta dishes, and made-to-order pasta.
Guests can choose from pasta varieties including beetroot strozzapreti, spinach linguine, and mafalde, with the dishes prepared to order.
The Western offering includes an expanded carving station featuring crispy pork belly, roast beef, fish, chicken, and duck, accompanied by a selection of side dishes. The Chinese section features comforting soups, handcrafted dim sum, and classic Chinese specialties.
Seafood, Jamu, and Tableside Service
The brunch also introduces a larger seafood-on-ice display, alongside Bel Étage’s freshly shucked oyster station. Indonesian flavors are represented through traditional jamu, while the drinks selection includes a wider range of handcrafted mocktails.
Some dishes are served directly at the table through guéridon service. These include lobster with Waldorf salad, served with a choice of Thai chili dressing, pico de gallo, or mignonette.
For dessert, chocolate profiteroles are finished tableside with a choice of dark, milk, or white chocolate sauce.
Bel Étage’s signature Cheese Room remains part of the brunch, offering a selection of artisanal cheeses from around the world. The dessert section has also been redesigned with a new layout and presentation, while premium add-ons are available for guests looking to expand their brunch experience.
“Weekend Brunch has always been one of my favorite ways to bring people together through great food,” said Chef Styven. “With this newest edition, we’ve introduced more variety, more interaction, and more opportunities for discovery, while keeping the signature elements our guests know and love. We hope every visit feels both familiar and exciting, with something new to enjoy each time.”
The refreshed Weekend Brunch at Bel Étage is available every Saturday and Sunday at The St. Regis Jakarta.
