Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta has launched its new Sunday Brunch, available every Sunday from 12:30 to 15:30 at Signatures Restaurant. The brunch features a diverse buffet showcasing dishes from the hotel’s renowned restaurants, including Paulaner Bräuhaus, OKU, and Kempi Deli.
Diners can enjoy a variety of dishes, including freshly caught Alaskan king crab, lobster, and over-roasted prime rib. The hotel’s Japanese restaurant, OKU, offers favorites such as OKU Karaage, Salmon Aburi, and Soft Shell Crab Roll. Paulaner Bräuhaus presents German classics like Pork Knuckle and a sausage platter. Kempi Deli features gourmet canapés, including Baltic smoked salmon croissant, Pacific tuna and vegetable medley, French Connection turkey ham with Brie and apricot jam, and Manhattan Reuben pastrami on rye.
The brunch also includes Chinese roasted duck, a seafood on ice display with sashimi and sushi, lobster, oysters, prawns, Indonesian salads like selada pengantin and gado-gado, international carvings such as roasted prime rib and fish, and an extensive dessert and ice cream station.
