This limited-time treat brings a touch of elegance and a nod to Guerlain’s history, especially their latest creation, Orchidée Impériale, mixed with Alice’s signature touches.
The Afternoon Tea menu is packed with both sweet and savory delights. The Langham Jakarta’s French Executive Pastry Chefs, Norbert and Refky, have whipped up some tasty bites, like Salmon Tartare Cones, Prawn Tarts, Beef Tartines, Cauliflower Panna Cotta, and Quail Scotch Eggs. For the sweets, there are yummy options like Gold Macarons, Millefeuille “Goutte,” Crème Brûlée “Palet,” Lime Blueberry “Doigt de Fée,” and Red Berries “Tartelette.” Plus, don’t miss the scones, including Plain and Earl Grey Sultana, served with mascarpone chantilly, lemon curd, and mixed berry jam. As for drinks, you’ve got three non-alcoholic choices: Gold Pond, L’Or Fleur, and La Frais.
