Fountain Lounge at Grand Hyatt Jakarta introduces the autumn afternoon tea set, Garden of Delights. The beautiful array of colorful desserts specially prepared by Pastry Chef Hidemitsu Aso represents a modern Japanese garden.
The new afternoon tea presentation unveils various savory and sweet delicacies. The tasty bites comprise smoked salmon bagels with capers and sour & cream, roasted beef on rye bread with mustard cream and tarragon, egg mayo and truffle brioche, cucumber roll & cream cheese sandwich, and cheese bitterballen.
The sweet selections include a Japanese blueberry soufflé roll, Valrhona chocolate mousse, hazelnut petit Paris-Brest, raspberry macaron, pistachio choux, and the signature Pisang Goreng. Vanilla bean and maraschino cherry scones are also served with luscious marmalades to complete the afternoon tea experience.
Each afternoon tea set comes with tea or coffee pairing for two persons, priced at IDR 358,000++. The ‘Garden of Delights’ afternoon tea is available daily from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for a limited time.
Located on the mezzanine level of Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Fountain Lounge features front-row seats overlooking the iconic landmark of Bundaran HI.
