Cook & BrewRing in the festivities with Cook & Brew’s three-course Festive Set Lunch of a delectable appetizer and main course of your choice, and a Christmas pudding dessert, at S$58++ per person, from 27 November to 31 December.Highlight-worthy appetizer include Chestnut Soup or Foie Gras Terrine, and Whiskey and Wagyu Beef Stew or Fresh Squid Ink Linguine with Lobster for mains. Enjoy a four-course Christmas Eve set dinner, starting with an appetizer of Foie Gras Terrine, followed by a main course of either Sanchoku Wagyu Beef Striploin or Orange Roasted Turken Chicken Breast, ending with a Yule Log with Brandy Gelato and Saffron Anglaise, and a Petit Four. This set dinner is available on Christmas Eve only at S$108++. It’s the most wine-derful time of the year as Lobby Lounge introduces the Frederiksdal cherry wine paired Festive Afternoon Tea set, with sky-high views of the bay.
Revel in an assortment of savory delights, such as Foie Gras Terrine on Brioche, Festive Turkey Rilette, Beef Cheek Tart, and more, paired with Reserve, Sur Lie, and Vintage cherry wine while sweet treats like festive scones and tarts, pair perfectly with the sparkling RØD. Found your favorite cherry wine? The wines are available for a la carte order by the glass! Regular Festive Afternoon Tea is priced at S$68++ per person, with coffee and tea.
