Roganic Hong Kong, the one-MICHELIN-starred and MICHELIN Green-starred restaurant renowned for its pioneering farm-to-table philosophy, is already having its triumphant return. Under the guidance of celebrated British chef Simon Rogan, the restaurant reopen its doors on February 2025, at its new location: Shop 402-403, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay. The team is led by Executive Chef Oli Marlow, Head Chef Adam Catterall, and Senior Sous Chef Mark Catchpole, supported by a team of experts including Graeme Cumine (Restaurant Manager of L’Enclume) and Valentin Mouillard (Head Group Sommelier of UMBEL Restaurants), ensuring an elevated dining experience.

Roganic Hong Kong remains dedicated to blending local ingredients with modern British flair, upholding zero-waste principles in both its cuisine and design. However, a significant shift has been made in the introduction of a new sharing set menu format. Departing from the traditional fixed-tasting menu, guests will now enjoy the flexibility of selecting dishes from a shared main course section, creating a more approachable and customizable dining journey. This new menu is deeply rooted in sustainability, focusing on utilizing every part of each ingredient. Chef Rogan’s commitment to seasonal and premium sourcing is evident, with strong relationships fostered with local, organic farms. Chefs Adam and Mark regularly engage with regional producers to ensure the highest quality ingredients.

The menu showcases entirely new recipes, reflecting Simon Rogan’s core ethos. The dinner menu, available in regular and vegetarian options, features four snacks, four main course choices, three desserts, and three sweet treats. Highlights include Maitake mousse with Wagyu ox tongue, Nantau Tomatoes with fermented pistachio, Cured Mackerel from Hainan, Aged Grouper with white dragon sweetcorn, and Roganic Waffles with Zen Organic Farm figs. The lunch menu offers a lighter experience with two snacks, three sharing dishes, and two desserts. Notable dishes include Hokkaido Scallop with grilled Oscar peas and Dry Aged Guangdong Duck with 100 Flower honey. Desserts feature seasonal creations like Warm 61% Conspiracy Chocolate, Artichoke and Malt.
