Renowned chef-owner and master chocolatier Richie Pratadaja, along with Chef de Cuisine William Cecario and Head Mixologist Angling Darma, proudly announce the grand opening of Criollo. In celebration, Criollo unveils a special chocolate-based menu that highlights their innovative approach to Indonesian fusion cuisine.

Criollo’s menu features an exciting selection of Indonesian fusion dishes and beverages, creatively incorporating rich flavors with a chocolate twist. One of the standout dishes is the “Cauliflower,” inspired by Indonesia’s Gado-Gado, where chocolate is used as a natural sweetener in a cashew sauce, elevated with creamy garlic aioli to enhance the chocolate’s subtle sweetness. Another highlight is the “Scallop,” which redefines savory chocolate with a combination of chocolate foam, tangy chocolate sauce, and crunchy salty nibs. This dish balances acidity and texture, complementing the scallop’s natural flavors and offering a unique twist on fusion cuisine.

Guests can also look forward to a variety of innovative cocktails crafted by Head Mixologist Angling Darma, designed to pair perfectly with the chocolate-infused dishes. Chef Pratadaja emphasizes a relaxed and casual dining atmosphere, ensuring that everyone feels at ease while enjoying exceptional food.
