W Bali – Seminyak, the award-winning luxury lifestyle resort, is set to host a groundbreaking two-day culinary and mixology event on 10 and 11 May 2025, uniting Hong Kong’s Quinary (No. 26 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024) and Bali’s acclaimed Sardine Bali. The collaboration promises a sensory journey blending avant-garde cocktails with locally inspired, farm-to-table cuisine.

On Saturday, 10 May, Quinary’s visionary mixologist Antonio Lai will take over W Lounge from 7 PM to 10 PM, showcasing his boundary-pushing creations. Known for his multi-sensory approach, Lai will debut cocktails like the Earl Grey Caviar Martini—a citrus-forward blend with floral notes and molecular flair—and the Polo Santo Highball, layered with earthy cordial and black pepper heat. Set against W Lounge’s vibrant beachfront ambiance and dynamic beats, the evening aims to redefine cocktail experiences.

 

The celebration continues on Sunday, 11 May, with a special edition of W Sunday Brunch at Starfish Bloo, featuring a culinary takeover by Sardine Bali. From 12 PM to 3:30 PM, guests can savor Sardine’s farm-to-table dishes, including live-grilled slipper lobster, marinated sardines, and prawn and octopus skewers, alongside refined plates like the Papuan Crab Tower and Bruschetta with Cured Sardine and Pancetta. The brunch will be paired with Quinary’s exclusive cocktail menu, curated to complement the coastal flavors.

This collaboration highlights the intersection of global mixology innovation and Bali’s sustainable culinary ethos, offering a weekend where craft, creativity, and connection take center stage.
