UNOX has officially launched the UNOX Experience Center Indonesia, marking a significant milestone in the company’s long-term investment in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic culinary markets. The new facility spans 1,004 square meters and stands as the third-largest UNOX Experience Center in the world, following flagship centers in Italy and the United States.

Beyond being a showroom, UNOX’s Experience Center in Pantai Indah Kapuk is designed as a collaborative hub for chefs, restaurateurs, consultants, and hospitality professionals that wants to experience the brand’s technology in action through live demonstrations, hands-on cooking sessions, technical consultations, and industry events.

 

 

Indonesia’s food service and hospitality industry has experienced remarkable growth in recent years. In response to this , the brand has invested Rp30 billion in the Experience Center in Indonesia, in heightening the long-term commitment to supporting the country’s evolving culinary landscape.

The Experience Center features a fully operational professional kitchen that replicates real culinary working conditions. Here, visitors can participate in live cooking demonstrations, individual cooking experiences, and private consultations with UNOX corporate chefs, gaining firsthand insight into how advanced oven technology can support diverse kitchen environments.

Central to the Experience Center is the UNOX Service Academy, a dedicated training facility designed to strengthen technical expertise within the UNOX ecosystem. Engineers from both UNOX and its dealer network will receive hands-on technical training, participate in troubleshooting sessions, and exchange insights on maintenance and service excellence.
