Trisara Resort Phuket, known for its innovation and sustainable approach to dining, has introduced five new food and beverage concepts. Home to PRU, Phuket’s first Michelin-starred and Green Star restaurant, and JAMPA, celebrated for its zero-waste philosophy, Trisara has long supported local farmers, artisans, and traditions. With the launch of the Trisara Culinary Experience on 6 April 2025, you can now enjoy a curated stay filled with exceptional dining, warm hospitality, and a touch of exclusivity.
Each of the new venues offers a unique dining journey. At La Crique, the elegance of the French Riviera meets the Andaman Coast with dishes like Fresh Oysters and Millefeuille Dessert, led by Chef Worawit “Notty” Rattanachoochoke. Thai Library brings Southern Thai heritage to life with traditional recipes such as Goat Satay and Tom Som 100-Year Soup, prepared in a modern and sustainable way. NOÉ on the Beach offers a private seaside retreat, where guests can enjoy globally inspired bites and ocean-themed cocktails in a luxurious, relaxed setting.
7.8° North Bar is a cocktail lover’s dream, blending Italian charm with creative drinks like Back to Pisco and Latitude, alongside timeless classics. Meanwhile, Cielo & Spice takes inspiration from the ancient Silk Road, serving up dishes like River Prawn Fettuccini and Mezze Platters. Its signature Sunday Brunch, accompanied by live jazz and stunning sea views, adds a special touch to the dining experience.
With these new concepts, Trisara continues to shine in Phuket’s fine dining scene. By offering world-class flavors, creative menus, and unforgettable atmospheres, Trisara demonstrates its passion for excellence and its commitment to creating remarkable experiences for every guest.
