The St. Regis Jakarta has been selected as one of seven luxury destinations across Asia Pacific to host the Luxury Dining Series 2025, an annual program by Marriott International’s Luxury Group. This year’s theme, Forgotten Flavors, will bring attention to underrepresented ingredients and culinary traditions through a contemporary fine dining lens.
Running from July through September, the 2025 edition of the series is informed by insights from the Future of Food 2025 report and focuses on reviving neglected foodways and ancient cooking methods. At the Jakarta edition, which takes place from September 11 to 13, guests can expect a thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner that blends historical culinary references with modern techniques and presentation.
The event in Jakarta will be part of a broader regional rollout, which includes stops at:
The St. Regis Osaka (July 11–13)
JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa (July 17–20)
JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa (July 31–August 3)
The Ritz-Carlton, Perth (August 15–17)
The St. Regis Singapore (August 29–31)
The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok (September 25–28)
Each city will host exclusive dining events led by chefs and mixologists from across Marriott International’s luxury portfolio. The collaborative approach aims to reinterpret traditional dishes and spotlight overlooked ingredients, providing a new perspective on culinary heritage.
At The St. Regis Jakarta, the dining experience will be shaped by a team of in-house culinary talents and guest collaborators, with each course designed to evoke memory, curiosity, and connection to the past. More information about the chef lineup and menu details is expected to be announced closer to the event date.
