Regent Bali Canggu is presenting a multi-day Easter programme this March, bringing together beachfront brunches, Mediterranean-inspired dinners, and a series of food-led experiences set along the Batu Bolong coastline.

Designed around the rhythm of coastal dining, the programme unfolds across several venues within the resort, with a focus on seafood, shared plates, and seasonal flavours.

Beachfront Brunch at Beach House

At Beach House, the resort’s oceanfront restaurant, Easter centres on a relaxed coastal brunch that highlights fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients.

The menu features generous seafood selections alongside a range of festive dishes and desserts, served in an open-air setting overlooking the Indian Ocean. The format leans towards leisurely dining, where guests can move between dishes while taking in the beachfront atmosphere.

Mediterranean-Inspired Dining at Sazón

At Sazón, the Easter experience shifts towards Mediterranean and Spanish influences, beginning with a selection of tapas and fresh ceviche before moving into the restaurant’s signature paella.

Prepared for sharing, the paella is built around seafood elements including scallops, prawns, and squid ink sofrito, forming the centrepiece of the menu. The meal concludes with a chocolate-based Easter dessert, adding a seasonal finish to the experience.

Alongside the Easter offering, Sazón also introduces a refreshed menu inspired by Mediterranean coastal cuisines. Dishes include salads with feta mousse and citrus, rigatoni with spicy vodka sauce and confit duck, and lasagna layered with wagyu beef cheek and Comté, reflecting a broader exploration of European flavours.

New Dining Destination at CURE Bali

The Easter period also marks the opening of CURE Bali, a new contemporary restaurant within the resort.

Positioned as a seaside dining destination, the menu combines European techniques with Asian flavours, offering a more refined approach to coastal dining while maintaining a relaxed, beachfront setting.

A Food-Led Easter by the Coast

Across its venues, Regent Bali Canggu’s Easter programme is built around a variety of dining formats, from seafood-focused brunches to Mediterranean sharing menus and newly introduced concepts.

Set against the backdrop of Canggu’s coastline, the experience brings together seasonal ingredients, coastal influences, and a balance between casual and refined dining throughout the Easter weekend.
