Ramadan this year at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is shaped around food, gathering, and tradition. The hotel begins the season by offering two distinct Iftar experiences, each with its own atmosphere and flavors.
At Alto, the rooftop Italian restaurant on the 20th floor, Chef Riccardo introduces Tavola di Iftar, a family-style meal that blends Mediterranean and Italian influences, that runs from 20 February to 18 March 2026. The menu moves from homemade breads and Focaccia, Burrata Cheese, homemade Giardiniera, Mushroom Arancini, and a Mediterranean Mezze platter to warm dishes such as Spaghetti Prawn Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, Italian Tomato Meatloaf, Mediterranean Barramundi, and Shawarma Rolls. The evening closes with desserts by Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito, who brings together creations like Earl Grey Tiramisu, Mango Sago, Strawberry Baba, Lapis Legit, Chocolate & Raspberry Choux.
Palm Court offers another setting with the Diwan Al Samar tent, where the Iftar buffet highlights Arabic, Indonesian, Indian, and Asian cuisines. Guests can enjoy Kambing Guling, Udang Bakar Bumbu Rujak, and Shawarma corner, along with ta’jil and Turkish coffee. This buffet is available from February 23 to March 20, 2026.
The season also brings a collection of Ramadan hampers designed by Chef Lorenzo. Inspired by Arabic geometric patterns and presented in deep teal tones, the hampers carry assortments of artisanal cookies, preserves, honey, tea, and other items. Some include vouchers for afternoon tea at La Patisserie, the hotel’s boutique sweet shop, making them a thoughtful way to share the spirit of giving.
Alongside the hampers, the pastry team has prepared festive sweets and cakes. Chocolate Medjool Kurma is offered in flavors such as pistachio with fleur de sel, peanuts with orange, and matcha with lemon. The Leila Cake, built on a coconut base and shaped with geometric lines, reflects the same design language as the hampers. Another highlight is the 24K Gold Lapis Legit, a layered cake topped with edible gold leaf, created as a centerpiece for gatherings.
Through these offerings, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta presents Ramadan as a time of shared meals, elegant gifting, and seasonal creations. From rooftop dining to festive hampers, the hotel’s approach this year combines culinary detail with cultural tradition, giving the month a distinctive flavor and rhythm.
