Pullman Jakarta Indonesia is marking Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day with heritage-themed dining experiences throughout August. Highlights include a Heritage Brunch at Sana Sini Restaurant on August 17, featuring elevated versions of classic dishes such as nasi tumpeng, rendang, and sate, served in a Merah Putih setting with live music.
At Le Chocolat lounge, the Merdeka Hi Tea presents a mix of sweet and savory treats inspired by local flavors, from sagu mutiara and lapis legit to sambal canapés, paired with tropical coffee or tea. Available daily from August 1–31, the set is priced at IDR 380,000++ for two.
Complementing the culinary offerings, the hotel will host the Merdeka in Bloom perfume workshop on August 24, allowing guests to craft solid perfumes using native botanicals before enjoying high tea.
