As year-end celebrations approach, Park Hyatt Jakarta introduces Noël en Terre, a festive programme that places dining and drinks at the centre of its Christmas and New Year offerings. Running throughout December 2025 and into early January 2026, the programme brings together seasonal menus, multi-course dinners, and celebratory bar experiences across the hotel’s key dining venues
At the heart of the festive calendar is Dining Room, the hotel’s all-day dining venue, which will host both Christmas and New Year celebrations. On Christmas Eve, the restaurant presents a buffet dinner featuring seasonal dishes and classic holiday flavours, followed by a Christmas Day brunch designed for families and group dining. New Year’s Eve continues with a festive buffet dinner, while New Year’s Day is marked by a brunch highlighting seasonal and celebratory dishes to welcome 2026.
Japanese dining takes focus at KITA 喜多 Restaurant, where festive menus are offered across multiple dates, including Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. The restaurant introduces the KITA 喜多 Oshōgatsu Feast, a Japanese sharing-style set menu, alongside a festive teppan menu showcasing seasonal ingredients prepared in a traditional teppanyaki format. These menus are positioned as celebratory dining experiences rooted in Japanese culinary traditions.
For those looking to mark the Lunar-inspired year-end with Chinese cuisine, Li Lian 丽莲 presents Taste of Prosperity 麗蓮除夕八道饗宴, an eight-course Cantonese dinner curated by Executive Chinese Chef Tan Kwang Aik. The menu is designed to highlight Cantonese techniques and dishes associated with reunion and celebration, and includes a sparkling welcome drink.
Festive afternoon offerings are available at Conservatory, where weekday festive afternoon tea is served throughout December. The venue also hosts a Chocolate Buffet Afternoon Tea every Friday and Saturday, featuring a range of chocolate-based desserts, including a large Monas-shaped chocolate installation. These experiences add a daytime dining option alongside the hotel’s evening-focused festive menus.
