As Jakarta enters its busiest festive period, hotels across the city are preparing year-end programmes that place food and drink at the centre of celebration. Pan Pacific Jakarta joins the season with A Season to Shine, a festive line-up that highlights Japanese dining traditions, rooftop cocktails, and countdown experiences set against the capital’s skyline
Japanese Dining with a View
At the core of Pan Pacific Jakarta’s festive offering is Keyaki Japanese Restaurant, located on the hotel’s 90th floor. Throughout December, the restaurant presents a series of seasonal menus rooted in contemporary kaiseki techniques.
The programme includes Festive in Bento, a curated Japanese bento presented as a seasonal gift set, with the option of sake pairing. For Christmas, Keyaki introduces Kirameku Kurisumasu – A Sparkling Christmas, a six-course omakase dinner inspired by Japan’s winter illuminations, available exclusively on 24 and 25 December.
To close the year, Keyaki hosts Kanpai Countdown, a New Year’s Eve omakase experience that blends traditional Japanese dining with a midnight transition into 2026, positioning the restaurant as one of Jakarta’s high-altitude dining destinations for the occasion.
Festive Cocktails and Rooftop Celebrations at Eden Bar
Alongside Keyaki, Eden Bar anchors Pan Pacific Jakarta’s drinks programme for the festive season. The rooftop bar introduces a Festive Cocktail, described as a seasonal blend that combines nostalgic flavours with local elements, available throughout December.
On New Year’s Eve, Eden Bar transforms into the venue for the hotel’s Sky-High Countdown, featuring live music, DJ performances, and city-wide views from one of Jakarta’s highest rooftop bars. Table reservations include a first-drink allocation, positioning the bar as a central venue for year-end nightlife celebrations.
A Year-End Focus on Japanese Culinary Identity
Across its festive programming, Pan Pacific Jakarta places emphasis on Japanese culinary identity, from omakase dining and bento presentations at Keyaki to cocktail-led celebrations at Eden Bar. Rather than a single event, A Season to Shine unfolds as a series of dining moments that reflect how the hotel frames year-end festivities: through structured menus, elevated settings, and skyline-driven experiences.
The festive programme runs through December 2025, with bookings available until 29 December, marking Pan Pacific Jakarta’s contribution to the city’s broader holiday dining landscape.
