Pan Pacific Jakarta has unveiled its own house coffee, the Pacific Signature Blend, a unique fusion of Indonesian arabica and robusta beans. Available starting August 2025, the blend reflects the hotel’s commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality, and a sense of place through the culture of coffee.
The Pacific Signature Blend brings together 60% arabica from the highlands of Java and Sumatra and 40% robusta from the volcanic soils of Sulawesi. With tasting notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and spiced berries, the result is a well-balanced brew that blends smooth sophistication with bold intensity.
“For us, coffee is about more than just taste—it’s about connection,” said Sjefke Jansen, General Manager of Pan Pacific Jakarta. “We wanted to create something that feels personal, something that guests can enjoy whether they’re starting their day, taking a quiet moment or sharing stories with loved ones.”
The coffee is roasted by seasoned local artisans with decades of experience, further embedding the blend in Indonesia’s rich coffee legacy. The hotel’s culinary team collaborated closely with these experts to develop a profile that honors tradition while delivering a refined, modern experience.
Guests can enjoy the Pacific Signature Blend across several of the hotel’s venues, including Keyaki Japanese Restaurant, the Pacific Club Lounge, and Eden Bar. Whether sipped over breakfast or as part of an afternoon coffee ritual, the blend offers a sensory journey through Indonesia’s renowned coffee-growing regions.
Coffee Cocktails and Mocktails at Eden Bar
To celebrate the launch, Eden Bar introduces a limited-time collection of three exclusive coffee-based drinks. Available from 1 August through the end of 2025, the new creations reimagine the Pacific Signature Blend in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic formats:
Mint & Grind: A cocktail made with espresso, lime, mint, white rum, soda, and San Pellegrino Rosa, offering a zesty, sparkling twist.
Tropical Dusk: A mocktail featuring pineapple juice, blue curacao, mint, and espresso, evoking a vibrant, tropical character.
Scarlet Brew: A berry-forward mocktail with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, espresso, and a hint of syrup for a lush, fruit-infused finish.
Each drink is designed to highlight the depth and complexity of the coffee blend while offering a new way to experience it.
