From tea-infused and custard-filled delicacies to savory reinterpretations of regional classics, the 2025 offerings pay homage to the season of reunion and reflection.

At the heart of Ming Pavilion’s collection are four unique mooncake selections, each crafted to honor the cultural and symbolic richness of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

  • Ming Pavilion Tea Trio Mooncake Collection (HK$418)
    Aimed at tea enthusiasts, this set includes six mini mooncakes with two pieces of each flavor: Da Hong Pao Oolong (rich and earthy), Jasmine Tea (light floral notes), and Hojicha (roasted and toasty).

  • Ming Pavilion Pistachio Duo Mooncakes (HK$418)
    Combining texture and layered flavor, this set features Pistachio Crunch Mooncakes (three pieces) and Pistachio and Cranberry Mooncakes (three pieces), offering a balance of nutty creaminess and tart fruit.

  • Ming Pavilion Mooncake Selection (HK$418)
    A custard-forward assortment, this box includes Mini Milk Custard Mooncakes (three pieces) and Mini Molten Lava Milk Custard Mooncakes (three pieces), made with natural butter and quality salted egg yolks.

  • Ming Pavilion Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Mooncake (HK$488)
    A highlight of the collection, this savory mooncake is inspired by the famed Minnan dish. Each piece is filled with sea cucumber, dried conpoy, abalone, ham, and dried shrimp—creating a luxurious, umami-packed experience.

All mooncake boxes are available to order through 4 October 2025, with pick-up or delivery from 25 September to 4 October 2025 at Island Shangri-La.
