MGallery Hotel Collection has teamed up with French lifestyle brand Maison Sarah Lavoine and Citadelle Gin to launch a global cocktail program in celebration of World Cocktail Months, running from 13 May to 31 August 2025 across more than 120 MGallery properties worldwide.
At the heart of the initiative is a limited-edition glassware collection designed by Maison Sarah Lavoine, paired with a set of new cocktail and mocktail creations using Citadelle Gin. The collaboration brings together design, mixology, and storytelling—reflecting the MGallery ethos of offering immersive guest experiences rooted in character and creativity.
The exclusive glassware includes a tumbler and two coupe-style glasses, each accompanied by matching coasters. The designs feature MGallery’s signature diagonal pattern and Maison Sarah Lavoine’s recognizable bold colors, including the brand’s signature “Sarah Blue.” The pieces are intended to enhance the drinking experience through both visual appeal and functional elegance.
Sarah Poniatowski, founder and creative director of Maison Sarah Lavoine, noted that the design draws inspiration from MGallery’s global properties and aims to capture “the spirit of travel, warmth of togetherness, and unique beauty.”
To accompany the launch, three custom cocktails were created in partnership with Citadelle Gin:

The Crystal Diva combines Citadelle Gin, fino sherry, jasmine and lemongrass cordial, and orange blossom, garnished with white chocolate and floral notes.

The Timeless Negroni is a modern interpretation of the classic, infused with sandalwood, pineapple, and pandan, served over an oval ice cube.

The Honey 75 offers a twist on the French 75 with salted honey, olive oil-fat-washed gin, and cardamom, topped with champagne.
Xavier Royaux, Chief Marketing Officer at MGallery, described the initiative as a new benchmark in experiential mixology. “This collaboration celebrates the art of the pour and creates space for guests to immerse themselves in the moment,” he said.
In addition to the Citadelle Gin trio, five more cocktails—available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions—have been added to MGallery’s permanent cocktail menu. These include the Sage Highball, Spring Sour, Guava Adonis, Bee’s Heat, and Paolo Verde. All cocktails will be available in participating MGallery bars around the world until 31 August 2025.
