Under the auspices of GF Culinary, a company that manages a lineup of renowned restaurants such as Song Fa, Marutama Ramen, Ojju, and others, Little Red Dot is ready to pamper your tongue with appetizing Lion Country specialties. The restaurant officially opened on July 6, 2024 and is the fruit of a special collaboration with Douglas Ng, a Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee from Singapore. Fishball Noodle is the star of the show at Little Red Dot, served with an authentic flavor that is irreplaceable and worth savoring.

The name ‘Little Red Dot’ was inspired by the proud nickname given to Singapore by its people. The story behind Little Red Dot began with Douglas Ng’s love for his grandmother’s fishball dish. Little Red Dot embraces a Casual Quick Dining concept that allows diners to enjoy a quick meal while still experiencing a relaxed atmosphere and quality food. Fishball Noodle, a simple yet delicious dish, offering a satisfying combination of savory taste, chewy texture and freshness, served with fishball, fishcake, fish dumpling and crispy fish fries. This fishball dish is made from 100% yellowtail without added flour and preservatives, always served fresh daily.
Yong Tau Foo, a Singaporean specialty with a Hakka style of cuisine that offers a variety of flavors and textures in one plate with a selection of unique sauces. The combination of chewy tofu, fresh vegetables and savory meatballs makes it a delicious and healthy choice.
Hainanese Golden Curry Rice, this dish combines the rich flavor of curry with traditional elements of Hainanese cuisine. The savory, mild spicy taste and distinctive aroma of spices make it a satisfying choice for curry and Hainanese cuisine lovers.
