Built on naturally fermented bread, the sandwiches feature fillings such as birria, avocado toast, honey brie, hot honey chicken, grilled cheese, and Knots’ own roti bakar. Each one balances structure with comfort, designed for all-day enjoyment. They also expand into desserts and drinks. Chocolate mousse, citrus granita, and blueberry chia pudding add lighter notes, while smoothies arrive in playful presentations with names like In Kale We Trust, Afterglow, and Cloud.
