Being both under ISMAYA Group, Kitchenette makes a comeback to Plaza Indonesia as its nineteenth branch, but this time together with their bakery café, FLOR.
First opened in Gunawarman in 2023, FLOR is the one and only pastry and dessert brand under ISMAYA Group which is well-known for their precision in flavor and techniques. With their second brand in Plaza Indonesia, they plan to offer a more elevated experience overall — whether that be product development or customer journey.
Within this new branch, FLOR offers exclusive menu only available in Plaza Indonesia. One of the highlights is Not Your Croissant (NYC), which is a creation of entrement inspired from the shape of a croissant. The fillings inside reveal layers of vanilla bavarois and croissant jam, which offers an experience visually familiar, yet complex in flavor.
Aside from this, FLOR also introduces their Maple Butter Saltbread. Not far from the classic salt bread, but the distinction lies in the maple diplomat filling as a gooey surprise. The exploration of flavor does not stop there. Their Nori Cream Cheese Saltbread is also worth the try.
For the sweet tooth, FLOR’s Dubai Chewy Cookie offers a bold flavor that introduces 70% dark chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge, sea salt sable, pistachio cream, finished with a chewy cookie à la Dubai.
