Keyaki Japanese Restaurant at Pan Pacific Jakarta invites diners to embark on a cross-cultural culinary journey through the rich seafood traditions of Japan and Vietnam. As part of the restaurant’s ongoing Kaisen Series promotion, this special collaboration with Pan Pacific Hanoi highlights two nations united by their deep connection to the sea and mastery of seafood cuisine.
Both Japan and Vietnam are celebrated for their coastal abundance and culinary artistry. From Vietnam’s diverse landscapes and fragrant herbs to Japan’s refined techniques and appreciation for fresh seafood, the collaboration brings together two distinct gastronomic cultures in one experience.
“Japan and Vietnam share a deep culinary connection, with seafood serving as a central element in both cuisines,” said Budi Prihardjanto, Complex Hotel Manager of Pan Pacific Jakarta & PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta. “Through our collaboration with Pan Pacific Hanoi, we are excited to bring this shared passion to Jakarta and highlight the unique seafood traditions of each country.”
