The Hennessy Boutique officially opened on 8 May 2025 at Senayan City Mall, Jakarta, marking a significant milestone as Hennessy’s first boutique in Indonesia and the first in Southeast Asia outside duty-free locations. The grand opening event welcomed key figures, including Matthew Heng, Chief Representative of Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific in Indonesia, and Kaiser Loh, Marketing Director of Moët Hennessy Southeast Asia Emerging Markets.
Located within the Red & White store, the boutique serves as a dedicated space for Hennessy’s collection of cognacs, ranging from Hennessy V.S.O.P to the prestigious Richard Hennessy. It offers an immersive experience that highlights the brand’s craftsmanship and heritage, allowing guests to explore the history and artistry behind each bottle.
Beyond being a retail space, the boutique will serve as a hub for Hennessy enthusiasts, hosting Hennessy Academy sessions, Mixology Atelier workshops for bartenders, and Hennessy Vibrations, a program celebrating Hennessy’s deep connection to music culture. Visitors can engage with different sensorial elements, including visual storytelling displays, curated soundtracks, olfactive jars capturing Hennessy’s signature aromas, canapé pairings, and exclusive tastings.
