Japan is preparing to welcome thousands of international food industry professionals as the “JAPAN’S FOOD” Export Fair Winter 2025 opens from 3–5 December at Makuhari Messe. Organised by RX Japan, the country’s largest trade show organiser, the event strengthens its role as a key global platform for Japanese food exports and cross-border trade.
Designed as a direct bridge between Japanese suppliers and overseas buyers, the winter edition will feature 400 exhibitors and is expected to host around 15,000 professional visitors. The fair spotlights authentic Japanese F&B—from seafood, matcha, wagyu, artisanal snacks, to premium sake—while also showcasing how producers are responding to global trends such as sustainability, health-conscious consumption, and responsible sourcing.
A Showcase of Tradition and Sustainability
This year’s edition underscores two defining themes: Japan’s culinary heritage and the growing integration of eco-friendly practices in food production. Exhibitors will present a wide range of products with proven export success, alongside new innovations tailored for expanding global markets.
