The dining programme unfolds over two days at Sugar & Spice, beginning with a Lunar New Year’s Eve dinner on Monday, 16 February 2026. Served in the evening, the buffet highlights the restaurant’s signature international selection, adapted with Lunar New Year elements that reflect themes of abundance and togetherness. The dinner is accompanied by a Lion Dance performance and traditional Yangqin music, providing cultural context alongside the meal.
Celebrations continue on Lunar New Year’s Day, Tuesday, 17 February 2026, with both brunch and dinner seatings. The daytime brunch and evening dinner follow a similar buffet format, supported by live Lion Dance performances and Erhu music throughout the day. Across all sessions, the focus remains on a broad, family-friendly buffet designed for group dining in a relaxed, contemporary setting.
Beyond the dining room, the hotel has also introduced a range of Lunar New Year hampers intended for festive gifting. The Emerald Hamper features an assortment of premium cookies, chocolate pralines, lapis legit with prunes, and blooming tea, while the Ruby Hamper offers a more compact selection centred on curated cookies. Both hampers are presented in festive packaging inspired by Lunar New Year symbolism and are positioned for personal as well as corporate gifting.
