Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is bringing a summer celebration to life with a colorful mix of flavors, drinks, and etiquette experiences, running until September 2025. Designed around the theme of 101 Days of Summer, the hotel invites you to explore seasonal offerings shaped by the richness of Indonesian fruits and traditions.
La Patisserie becomes the setting for the limited-time afternoon tea, where dishes are infused with tropical ingredients like mango, starfruit, guava, and pomelo. Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito has crafted a menu that balances sweet and savory, from playful bites like the Mini Mango with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate, to the inventive Rujak Sphere—a refined take on the beloved fruit salad. The savory side includes starfruit-accented prawn kebab and French-style pastries layered with longan jam and brie. Even the scones take on a local twist, with flavors such as Javanese green tea, lemon and papaya also fermented cassava and gula jawa.
To accompany the afternoon tea, La Patisserie serves a menu of chilled and hot beverages with a tropical twist. From herbal iced teas like Mango Sencha Mint to warm blends with lychee and peach, every drink echoes the season’s lightness and color. There’s also a sparkling option served with fruit pearls, offering a playful take on classic elegance.
Adding a thoughtful touch to the summer lineup are ‘How to Tea‘ classes hosted by Chef Vindy Lee, an etiquette expert known for her culinary and cultural knowledge. The sessions guides you through the art of tea rituals in an approachable way, followed by the signature afternoon tea itself. Kids staying at the hotel are also welcomed to join tailored etiquette classes, making the experience family-friendly and educational.
Throughout the season, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta turns everyday moments into something memorable, offering guests a chance to slow down and savor the tastes and traditions that make Indonesian summer so vibrant.
