The holiday season at Emmer Pizzeria Hong Kong arrives with three new creations that highlight both tradition and playful imagination. Known for its emmer grain dough and bold flavour pairings, the restaurant has shaped a festive menu that reflects the spirit of the season in its own way.

The centerpiece is the Festive Crown, a pizza built on Emmer Pizzeria’s signature crust. It comes layered with pepperoni, blistered tomatoes, aged parmesan, and Caciocavallo cheese. What makes it stand out is the finishing touch: crisp kale leaves arranged to resemble a wreath, giving the dish a distinctly seasonal look.

Another addition is Burrata with Brussels Sprouts, which turns familiar holiday greens into something fresh. Shaved sprouts are placed over creamy burrata, with cranberries and hazelnuts adding brightness and crunch. The mix of textures and flavours brings a balance that feels both comforting and celebratory.

For dessert, Emmer Pizzeria presents the Christmas Negroni Pandoro, a reimagined version of the Italian festive cake. The Pandoro is infused with citrus and warm spices, layered with mascarpone cream, and dotted with candied orange peel. It is served with a Negroni zabaglione, creating a blend of classic pastry and modern cocktail-inspired notes.

These dishes will be available from late November through January at Emmer Pizzeria’s two Hong Kong locations: Landmark Central and Pacific Place. Together, they offer a seasonal snapshot of how the restaurant interprets holiday dining—bringing familiar elements into new forms while keeping the focus on flavour and craft.
