In the middle of Seminyak’s fast-moving bar and nightlife scene, EAZY Bali takes a deliberately different approach. Led by Jan Jurecka, the cocktail bar is built around a simple idea: creating a place where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy well-crafted drinks without distraction.
For Jurecka, EAZY represents a personal milestone after years working across international bar scenes. Originally from Slovakia, his career has been shaped by travel, service, and time behind the bar in different parts of the world. Rather than translating that experience into a trend-driven concept, EAZY reflects a more measured philosophy — one that prioritises balance, hospitality, and drinks that feel approachable rather than performative.
The cocktail list mirrors this mindset. Drinks are flavour-led and designed to be easy to enjoy, with signatures such as the Smoked Brisket Negroni, Stars & Disco, and the Cheesecake Daiquiri. Each cocktail plays with familiar references while keeping the structure clear, allowing guests to focus on the experience rather than the spectacle.
EAZY’s identity is closely connected to Deli Island, the craft-driven restaurant located directly below the bar. Ingredients, techniques, and a shared commitment to making things in-house flow naturally between the two spaces, influencing both the drinks and the supporting food. Bar snacks and comfort-driven plates are designed to sit comfortably alongside cocktails, reinforcing EAZY’s role as a place to settle in rather than rush through.
The space itself reflects this restrained approach. Natural textures, greenery, and an open design frame the bar, with a transparent roof revealing the night sky above Seminyak. Instead of competing with the surrounding nightlife, EAZY positions itself as a counterpoint — a bar shaped by rhythm, consistency, and the idea that a good night out doesn’t have to be loud to be memorable.
