The Langham, Jakarta is marking the Easter season with a series of dining experiences across its signature venues, centred on a British-European brunch at Tom’s by Tom Aikens and a seasonal patisserie collection at ALICE.
The programme places a strong emphasis on classic European techniques and festive dishes, presented through both savoury and dessert-focused offerings.
British-European Brunch at Tom’s by Tom Aikens
At Tom’s by Tom Aikens, the Easter Sunday Brunch brings together a selection of British and European dishes, prepared through a mix of live cooking stations, carving stations, and à la minute service.
The menu features signature dishes such as Beef Wellington and Salmon en Croûte, alongside Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Risotto. Seasonal additions include Braised Lamb Shoulder and Scottish Egg, reflecting traditional Easter flavours.
A dedicated carving station highlights OP ribs, while tableside service introduces classic Caesar salad prepared from a trolley. The experience is completed with a selection of Easter-themed desserts, offering a balance between savoury dishes and sweet finishes.
Complementing the food, the brunch also includes a curated cocktail selection. Drinks such as the HOP-ping Bunny—made with prosecco and choco-berry soda—and The White Rabbit Martini, combining vodka, hazelnut liqueur, and white chocolate, extend the Easter theme into the beverage programme.
Seasonal Patisserie at ALICE
At ALICE by Tom Aikens, the focus shifts to pastry and chocolate creations, with a collection built around seasonal ingredients and layered textures.
Among the highlights is the “Papillon” cake, composed of pistachio mousse and sponge layered with apricot confit, finished with white chocolate decoration. Another centrepiece is L’Oeuf de Pâques, a chocolate egg dessert combining hazelnut mousse with lemon curd.
The patisserie selection also includes red velvet cookies and handcrafted Easter chocolate eggs in both pink and dark chocolate, filled with elements such as pistachio praline, caramelised almonds, hazelnut feuilletine, and strawberry.
A Food-Led Easter in the City
