The St. Regis Jakarta marks this year’s Diwali celebration with a special collaboration between Bel Étage and The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, presenting a culinary journey that pays tribute to India’s Festival of Lights. Leading the collaboration are Chef Gagan Sahu, Executive Sous Chef, and Chef Prithvi Rana, Chef de Partie, from The Ritz-Carlton Pune. Both chefs bring the depth and diversity of Indian cuisine to Jakarta, curating menus that highlight the country’s regional flavors through refined modern interpretations.

From October 18 to 22, 2025, guests are invited to experience five days of festivities featuring two weekend brunches and three weekday dinners at Bel Étage. Each service showcases an array of authentic Indian dishes—from live tandoor grills and colorful curry stations to intricate desserts and festive sweets—crafted to capture the warmth and celebratory spirit of Diwali.
