Erajaya Food & Nourishment continues its innovation in F&B, with the launch of a new brand line called Curry Up. Through a partnership with Anders Hospitality Group, Curry Up restaurant has officially arrived at ASHTA District 8, and presents a new concept that celebrates the diversity of world cultures packaged in the uniqueness of curry dishes.
Curry has traveled a long way across various cultures in the world. Originally originated in India, curry has traveled to other countries such as Japan, Thailand, Indonesia and others until it was transformed and has its own characteristics. This encourages Curry Up to help build curry culture in Indonesia by inviting visitors to taste the distinctive flavors of this worldwide dish, from the classic chocolate curry from Japan to the spice-rich rogan josh from India. Each curry sauce is specially crafted to capture the essence of its country of origin’s flavors combined with global tastes.
“Curry is one of the favorite comfort foods for people from all walks of life. Through the new Curry Up brand line, we invite visitors to explore the unique, aromatic and rich flavors of curry dishes from various parts of the world in one place. With our concept, Curry Up will accommodate different diners’ preferences and become the perfect place for diners to enjoy curry dishes with friends or family,” said Gabrielle Halim, CEO of Erajaya Food & Nourishment.
To encourage diners to explore curry dishes, Curry Up presents the concept of “Build- Your-Own” Curry, where diners can experiment by choosing various curry sauces, rice, and protein options. Curry Up also strives to cater to a wide range of customers, including vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options.
In addition to a variety of curry dishes, Curry Up also serves appetizing appetizers such as Cheesy Arancini Balls, Samosa, Chicken Karaage, as well as a variety of cold drinks, Lassi, and 100% Arabica coffee. All of these dishes are priced starting from only IDR 30,000.
