The Crown offers a contemporary take on traditional British flavours, guided by Westaway’s philosophy of using seasonal, quality-driven ingredients. Known for his elegant and ingredient-led cooking style, Westaway describes the experience as “honouring Britain’s renowned flavours and weaving them together into delightful surprises that guests will never forget.”
Born in Devon in southwest England, Westaway brings with him not only a deep understanding of British culinary heritage but also a reputation shaped by working under globally renowned chefs, including Alex Atala and Julien Royer. His accolades include being named S.Pellegrino Young Chef Southeast Asia in 2015 and Singapore’s Rising Chef of the Year in 2016.
