Born in Livorno, Italy, Masini grew up surrounded by the warmth of Italian family tables, where food was both a social and cultural cornerstone. His curiosity for flavors began early, leading him to professional kitchens by the age of 16. At 20, he embarked on an international career that took him through London, Australia, and Singapore, before arriving in Bali to take the helm at Byrd House.
Masini’s approach balances heritage and innovation, with menus that respect each ingredient while introducing modern flair.
