From October to December, the hotel’s PA.SO.LA Lounge offers a seasonal afternoon tea called Autumn Reverie, designed to bring a sense of calm and comfort to the city’s tropical setting.

The menu features a mix of sweet and savory items, each inspired by ingredients often associated with cooler months. On the sweets tier, you will find Caramelized Pumpkin with white chocolate, a Dark Cherry Log layered with mascarpone and compote, Apple Tart Tatin paired with mango and passion fruit, and Oak Seed Harvest, a hazelnut sponge with vanilla caramel. Each piece is small and detailed, with textures that evoke forest elements.

The savory tier includes Smoked Salmon Blinis, Truffle Arancini, Pumpkin Ravioli, and Smoked Turkey Sandwiches—dishes that offer a gentle contrast to the sweets. Scones are served in two flavors: Green Matcha and Red Currant, accompanied by jams and jellies.

The Ritz Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place Executive Chef Wilmer explains that the idea was to bring the feeling of autumn into Jakarta’s daily rhythm. He describes the menu as a way to encourage you to slow down and enjoy simple moments through taste and texture.

The afternoon tea is served daily at PA.SO.LA Lounge, located on Level 6 of the hotel. While Jakarta’s weather stays warm, this seasonal menu offers a quiet nod to autumn—through flavors, presentation, and atmosphere.
